Thank you Coach Morrow and Coach Trimmell for sharing a great message with our students this morning!
Also, thank you to our CCW for preparing breakfast for our kids. We greatly appreciate your support!

The FCCLA Board traveled to Wichita yesterday to purchase items for the Wesley Children’s Unit. Last year, Norwich PreK–12 students raised $1,241 through the Pennies for Patients campaign.

Activities for the week of November 17th. 🦅

Cora and Tessa earned yesterday's Hard Work Selfie! They were observed picking up after others in the cafeteria. Thank you for going the extra mile and taking pride in our facilities! Well done, girls!

We had two Eagles sign their letter of intent to continue competing at the collegiate level. Indigo Nichols signed to continue wrestling at Central Christian College of Kansas and Kimberlyn Grim signed to continue swimming at the University of Nebraska Omaha! Well done, Eagles!

Shoutout to Mrs Benge..."She always reminds me to let her know if I need anything when I substitute for Mrs Wall!" --- Mrs Ponce
We are grateful to have such a considerate staff and active group of substitutes who care very much about Norwich Schools!

Activities for the week of November 10th. 🦅

AJ, Ireland, and Macy earned yesterday's Hard Work Selfie! Our school family was proud to see AJ, Ireland and Macy take it upon themselves to clean up our city park. We are so grateful for their initiative and care for our community!
Congratulations to Leighton Durr and Kori Murphy on earning All-League for their outstanding performances this season. Both athletes have demonstrated exceptional skill, leadership, and dedication to our program. Their commitment to excellence both on and off the court has set a strong example for their teammates and significantly contributed to our team’s success. We are proud to see their hard work recognized at the league level.

A glimpse into the exciting learning happening today at Norwich High School!
Mrs. Skillen led an engaging and insightful lesson on Scythe, skillfully incorporating vocabulary enrichment—have you ever used the word mellifluous? Meanwhile, Mrs. Schlickau challenged her senior government students to balance the national budget between the Senate and the House. The spirited debate grew so lively that a time limit had to be imposed! Over in Algebra 1, Mr. Wamsley guided his 9th graders through the fundamentals of graphing, helping students build a strong foundation in mathematical reasoning.

Students from Kingman and Norwich in 8th and 10th grades participated in the Reality U simulation today. Reality U is a one-day financial literacy event for students in high school and middle school designed to help them understand some of the "realities" involved in preparing for an employable future and adulthood.
Students undergo a 75-minute interactive and engaging personal finance simulation. It leads to great discussion! A special thanks to our wonderful community volunteers who ran the stations and to our FACS classes for providing desserts!
